French Customer Service Agent
ISS iMedia is a dynamic, exciting and fast moving multi-platform, entertainment and social media company at the forefront of live video streaming technology. We are highly successful and are expanding our offices in Barcelona (El Prat). The company is looking for energetic and passionate Customer Service Representatives to deliver “world class” customer service.
Customer Service department is a 24/7 operating unit. This job implies work in shifts which is a perfect opportunity to combine work with studies or parenting responsibilities.
Job responsibilities
This is a unique and varied CS job, where every day is different, tasks include:
o Moderating and monitoring web pages content
o Responding to customer enquiries in writing in English and French
o Processing new applications
o Processing of payments and chasing debtors
Requirements
Hours: 40 hours a week shifts of 4 or 5 days a week, must be up for night shifts and weekend shifts.
Languages: Fluent English and French are essential. Russian, Spanish and German are highly beneficial
